How to make Borage Flower Tea:

Ingredients:

2 large tablespoons or a handful of Borage Flower

2 cups water

2 small pieces of Rock Sugar (Misri)

Juice of lemon/lime or 1/2 teaspoon of crushed dried lime.

Method:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a kettle.

  2. Take a handful of borage flower and place it in a teapot.

  3. Pour in the hot water and brew for 15 minutes on low heat.

  4. Serve hot with rock candy, honey or lemon juice depending on your taste.
